Phillip Island Aquarium Project

The Seaquarium Project is an exciting proposed aquaculture tourist orientated aquarium located on the at one of Australia's premier tourist destinations, Phillip Island. Phillip Island is located 140km south east of Melbourne, Victoria.

The aquarium will be one of the largest in Australia with exhibits of that will rival many aquarium around the world. It will exhibit many of the interesting marine fauna and flora found in the southern temperate waters of Australia and the tropical waters from around the world, in exhibits that reproduce the natural environment. The freshwater display will have many of our Australian Natives and have a show case of biggest variety tropical freshwater aquarium fish found in Australia. Within the facility a high emphasis will be education as well as aquaculture activities of ornamental fish and live coral propagation.

 

 Seeking Founding Investors in this Exciting Project

The Seaquarium Project is seeking "Founding Partners" to bring the exciting project to an investor ready stage. The “Founding Partners" are exactly as the name suggests, investors who will be the early participates from the inception of the project to the exciting completion of the project.

"Founding Partners" will receive a guaranteed return of 50%pa ROI on their initial investment for the lifetime of the business. This is a budgeted financial return and guaranteed to be paid to the founding investors each year and will be fully franked. 

Business and Partnership Structure

The Seaquarium business structure will be a traditional private company structure with shares are offered to investors. The founding partners will be part of a company, lets call it the "Associates Co", that owns at least 51% of the Seaquarium project company, the other 49% will be offer to Venture Capital investors.

The founding partners will hold a shareholding in Associates Co, that will give them a projected 100% average pa ROI over 10 years.

Membership (silver and above) will be for a fix term of 20 years with the exception of the Founding member’s level which will be for life of the business. The duration of the lease will be 10 years with the exception of the Founding membership which is 20 years, while members bonuses will be paid for the full term of the membership.

If you do not upgrade to a silver membership or better, the Bronze membership will give you an annual pass and tour of the aquarium when it opens.

As this project is a member base proposal, to have access to more information and fulfil all legal requirements, you must join as an affiliated Bronze member. As a Bronze member you will have access to members only information that will assist you in making a decision on whether purchasing other membership levels is suitable for you or not. Bronze membership is no obligation to purchase a tank within the aquarium.

Founding Partner Membership

By becoming a Founding member you will be a part of the initiating team that will bring the project from inception to an investor ready proposal and eventually to completion.

The Founding Membership, known as "Platinum Plus" is for people who have the financial resources and  are willing to take a higher risk to receive a substantially higher return. Platinum Plus members will be the only members who hold shares in the company and will receive a guaranteed 50%pa return on for a period of 20 years plus yearly dividends for the for the life of the business. The minimum investment is $50,000.

 The Aquarium Display Tanks

The “aquarium display tanks” consist of a commercial quality acrylic aquarium tank (minimum size 360 litres), steel stand, a complete saltwater or freshwater filtration system, LED lighting systems, electronic monitoring and control system. Not included is the contents of the tank including the marine life, these will remain property of the Seaquarium. A complete Aquarium display tank lease agreement start from $8,000. After the first year, a buy back of the aquarium display tanks can take place in which you can recoup your purchase cost while still retaining a financial return from your Membership.
